How much does delivery cost?
A single delivery charge is made to each address. This is currently £3.75, but may change. If there are a number of orders to the same address then the delivery charge will be spread across all orders to that address. FREE delivery on orders over £100
When and how will my order be delivered?
Your shop will be delivered to your door-step on the Friday after the order deadline (9am on Tuesday morning before delivery). We have a number of delivery routes so when you order your first delivery, we will arrange which time suits you along the route in your area. We will deliver your food in a sturdy, reusable box that keeps the food both cool and safe so that if you happen to be out, it's not a problem. If you'd like us to tuck the box(es) away out of sight when we deliver, please let us know when you process your order. Next time we deliver to you, we will pick up the empty boxes from your previous order so if you're not home, it's helpful if you leave them out for us!
What happens if I am not at home when my delivery arrives?
We deliver your food in sealed, insulated boxes that keeps your food safe and cool. If you are not in, we can leave the boxes on your doorstep or tuck them away out of sight. If there is a particular place you'd like us to leave them, you can let us know when you process your order there is an option to enter a comment. Our boxes are reusable, so we will collect used boxes next time we deliver.
When do I need to process my order by?
Each week, the delivery deadline is 9am on Tuesday morning. That gives us enough time to process your order, liaise with our suppliers and select the fresh produce to deliver to your door on the Friday.
What if I am not happy with an item or something is missing from my order?
If a product is missing, or in a condition that you do not find acceptable, we will issue a credit to the value of the product. Complaints must be registered within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
What is your returns policy?
Due to the nature of the products we supply being perishable goods we do not accept returns, however there may be certain items of non-perishable goods we supply that can be returned. In this case please contact us and we will arrange to collect when delivering your next order, or at some other convenient time when in your area. Refunds will only be given in certain circumstances where the goods are found to be at fault or damaged by us and will be made by way of a credit note to your account.
